This was a week for finding out how many combinations of numbers could make six or five. There was more than one answer, which was interesting for all of us to discover. We are working on being partners and combining our efforts to create one answer. It's surprisingly difficult, but with some practice the children are getting better and better at it. We tossed chips and graphed the results, we combined number cards to make "6" and learned that 1 and 1 and 4 could make six.
Until next time,
Michele
